The mark is the Packmon: a foil-edged pack torn into a grin, its eyes glancing up and to the right. The wordmark's O is the same eye. Keep clear space of half the mark's width around the logo, and never stretch, recolor or redraw it.
Color
Deep ink and slate, lit by lime. The foil runs lime to ice to ultraviolet.
