Fairness

Every Packmon draw is provably fair: the card is fixed by a seed we commit to before you pay, mixed with your own signature, and you can recompute it yourself.

    We commit before you sign

    When you start a purchase, we pick a secret 32-byte seed and put its SHA-256 hash in the payment's memo. The hash fixes the seed without revealing it.

    You sign

    Your wallet signs the payment. That signature can't be known in advance, by us or anyone, until you make it.

    The card is drawn

    Once the payment lands, HMAC-SHA256(seed, "pack-draw-v1:order:your signature") gives two numbers: one picks the tier against the published odds, the other picks the card within the tier.

    Anyone can check

    The seed is published with your pull. Hash it and compare with the memo, then redo the draw below. Neither side could have steered it.
