Welcome to Packmon. These Terms explain how packs, draws, payments, sell-backs, shipping and withdrawals work, and what we and you agree to. Where something matters most, it's in bold.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Packmon website, apps and services (the "Service"), operated by Packmon ("Packmon," "we," "us" or "our"). By connecting a wallet, buying a pack or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and a waiver of class actions (see Disputes, arbitration and governing law). Please read them.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- be at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority where you live;
- not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region where the Service isn't offered, or where taking part is unlawful;
- not be the subject of sanctions administered by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations; and
- be able to form a binding contract with us.
You confirm your age before your first purchase. We may ask for more information to check eligibility, and we may refuse, limit or end access where we reasonably believe these requirements aren't met.
3. Your wallet and account
You use the Service by connecting a self-custodial Solana wallet (for example Phantom or Solflare) and signing a message to prove it's yours. Signing in is free and moves no funds. Your account is that wallet: your pulls, limits and settings are tied to its address.
Packmon never holds your funds or your private keys. Every payment is approved by you, in your wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and recovery phrase, and for every transaction it signs. We can't reverse a blockchain transaction, recover a lost key or move funds on your behalf.
4. Packs, odds and card values
Each pack contains one real trading card, drawn at random from that pack's published card pool when your payment is confirmed. Every pack page shows, before you buy: the price; the probability of drawing each rarity tier; every card the pack can hold and its value; the average card value; and the lowest card value.
Card values are the market prices published by TCGplayer, as of the date shown on the pack page. They are an indication of market value, not an offer by us to buy or sell at that price, and they change over time. The average card value is an average across many packs and is not a promise about any single pack.
Most pulls are worth less than the pack price. A small number of cards are worth more. Buy packs because you enjoy collecting and opening them, not as a way to make money.
Unless a pack says otherwise, cards are raw (ungraded) singles in near-mint condition as listed by their sellers on TCGplayer.
5. How cards are drawn
Draws are provably fair. Before you sign a payment, its memo carries a cryptographic commitment (a SHA-256 hash) to a secret seed. Your card is then determined by that seed combined with your own signature on the payment, which we cannot know in advance, using the published odds. After the draw, the seed is published with your pull so that anyone can recompute it. See Fairness for the method and a checker.
Reveal styles (such as the rip, wheel, reel, scratch, vault or capsule) only present a card that has already been drawn. They never change the outcome.
6. Prices and payment
Pack prices are set in US dollars and paid on the Solana network in USDC, USDT or SOL. Stablecoins count at one US dollar per token. A price in SOL is quoted from public market prices when you start a purchase and is fixed for that purchase.
When you approve a purchase, your wallet signs a transaction that pays the exact amount to Packmon. Packmon pays the Solana network fee for purchases. A purchase is complete, and final, once its payment is confirmed on chain: every confirmed payment is matched to its pack and its card, even if the page is closed before the reveal. Payments that fail or never confirm on chain move no funds.
Because each pack is opened and its card drawn at purchase, packs can't be returned or refunded, except where these Terms say otherwise or the law requires it.
7. Your cards
The card you draw is yours. Until it ships, it appears in My pulls, where you can keep it, have it shipped, or sell it back while the sell-back window is open.
We obtain cards from third-party sellers to fulfill pulls. If a drawn card can't be obtained in near-mint condition at a reasonable cost within 14 days, we may send you a card of equal or greater market value from the same rarity tier, or, at your choice, pay you the drawn card's market value in USDC.
8. Sell-back
For 72 hours after a pull, Packmon offers to buy the card back for 50% of its card value at the time of the pull, as shown with the pull. To accept, you sign the offer in your wallet. We then pay the amount in USDC to the same wallet, and the card becomes ours. Each sell-back's USDC transfer is shown with the pull.
A sell-back can't be undone once you've signed it. Offers end after 72 hours, or as soon as you ask for the card to be shipped. We may pause new sell-backs briefly, for example during network problems; offers you've already signed are still paid.
9. Shipping
To ship a card, enter a shipping address in My pulls. Shipping is included. Cards ship in a sleeve and toploader; cards worth $50 or more ship with tracking, and cards worth more than $250 ship insured. We aim to ship within 7 business days of your request and show tracking in My pulls.
You're responsible for giving a complete and accurate address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we can re-send it at your cost. We bear the risk of loss or damage until delivery. If a card arrives damaged or materially unlike its listing, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it with the same card or one of equal or greater value, or pay its market value in USDC. Some destinations may not be available, and you're responsible for any import duties or taxes.
10. Withdrawals
Your funds are always in your own wallet. The Withdraw feature builds a transfer of USDC, USDT or SOL from your wallet to an address you choose, which your wallet signs and pays the network fee for. Check the address carefully: blockchain transfers can't be reversed, and we can't recover funds sent to a wrong address.
11. Spend limits and self-exclusion
Every account has daily and weekly spend limits, which you can lower at any time (increases take effect after 24 hours). You can exclude yourself from purchases for 7 days, 30 days or 6 months, and an exclusion can't be shortened once set. You can still keep, ship or sell back cards you already own. See Responsible play.
12. Creator and coin storefronts
Creators and the creators of graduated Pump.fun coins can run storefronts on Packmon. Storefront owners choose which packs to feature and how their storefront looks. They can't change any pack's odds, prices or cards. Storefront owners are responsible for their content and must not mislead buyers. We may hide or remove any storefront.
13. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Service if you're not eligible, or help anyone else do so;
- use more than one wallet to get around spend limits or self-exclusion;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to buy packs or to interfere with the Service;
- probe, exploit or attack the Service, its transactions or its infrastructure;
- use the Service for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose; or
- impersonate anyone, or post content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful or abusive.
14. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties we don't control, including the Solana network, wallet providers, TCGplayer, public price sources such as Jupiter and Coinbase, card-payment providers such as MoonPay, and block explorers such as Solscan. Their services are governed by their own terms. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct, or for network congestion, outages or fee changes.
15. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, pack artwork, text and software, belongs to Packmon or its licensors. You may use it only as these Terms allow.

Card images and names identify the genuine cards we sell and are the property of their respective owners. Packmon is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK inc. 16. Taxes
You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases, sell-backs and other use of the Service, and for reporting them, except taxes we are required to collect.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any card will hold or gain value.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packmon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose and US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify Packmon against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms or the law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we do, cards you already own remain yours: you can still have them shipped, and any sell-back offer still open can still be accepted, unless the law prevents it. You can stop using the Service at any time.
19. Disputes, arbitration and governing law
If you have a problem, contact us first at our support page; most issues are resolved quickly. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, you and Packmon agree to resolve it by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
You and Packmon waive any right to a jury trial and to bring or join any class, collective or representative action. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by writing to us at our support page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and for material changes we'll give notice on the Service before they take effect. Changes don't apply to purchases made before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept them.
