Packmon is built to need as little about you as possible: you sign in with a wallet, not an email, and we never hold your funds or keys.
1. Who we are
Packmon operates Packmon and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect when you use Packmon, why, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
- Your wallet address, when you sign in, and the transactions you make through Packmon: purchases, sell-backs and withdrawals.
- Your pulls and settings: the cards you've drawn and what you did with them, the date you confirmed your age, your spend limits and any self-exclusion, and whether your public profile is on.
- Shipping details, when you ask for a card to be shipped: name, postal address and, if you give it, an email address for shipping updates.
- Messages you send us through the support page.
- Technical information: your IP address and the country it indicates (to apply regional availability and rate limits), and standard server logs.
We don't ask for your name or email to use Packmon, and we never collect your private keys or recovery phrase.
3. How we use it
- to run the Service: sign you in, process purchases, draw cards, pay sell-backs and ship cards;
- to apply your spend limits, self-exclusion and age confirmation, and regional availability;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems;
- to answer your messages; and
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. What's public
Transactions on Solana are public by nature: anyone can see a transaction, its amount and the wallets involved on a block explorer. We show each pull's transactions with it.
In feeds and leaderboards we show a shortened wallet address next to a pull, never a wallet's total spend. Your public profile is off unless you turn it on, and then it shows only cards you've kept, never prices or spend.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your pulls, purchases and settings while your account is active and as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We keep shipping details for two years after a shipment, for returns, claims and tax records. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, contact us at our support page. We'll verify the request by asking you to sign a message with your wallet.
We can't delete or change information recorded on the Solana blockchain, and we may keep records we must keep by law.
9. Security
We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and by holding as little as possible. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
10. Children
Packmon is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
11. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and give notice on the Service for material changes.
