Free shipping, at your door in about two weeks

Every card you keep can be shipped to you: real, near mint, sleeved and toploaded. Here's what happens after you choose Ship.

1. 1Day 0

   You ask to ship

   In My pulls, open the card and choose Ship. Enter your address. The card leaves your collection, and its sell-back offer closes.

2. 2Days 1–7

   We get your card

   We buy your exact card, near mint, from a TCGplayer seller, and check its condition the day it reaches us.

3. 3When it arrives

   We pack it

   Penny sleeve, toploader and a stiff mailer, so it arrives the way it left the seller.

4. 4Within 14 days

   It ships

   Your tracking link appears on the card's order page and in My pulls the moment it ships.

Then delivery: usually 2–5 business days in the US.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every card, sleeve, toploader, tracking and insurance included.

How long it takes

About two weeks from your request until it ships: we buy each card when you ask for it, so this covers the seller sending it to us. After that, delivery is usually 2–5 business days in the US.

Tracking and insurance

Cards worth $50 or more ship with tracking, and cards worth more than $250 ship insured. Cards under $50 go by letter. Your order number shows from the moment you ask.

Where we ship

Enter your address and country when you ask. Some destinations may not be available, and import duties or taxes are yours to pay.

If something's wrong

If a card arrives damaged or isn't the card you pulled, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it with the same card or one worth as much or more, or pay its market value in USDC. Contact support with your order number.

Check your address

We send it exactly where you tell us. A parcel returned for a wrong address can be sent again at your cost.
